Marat Abasaliev is the company’s General Director and is responsible for its development and the success of our strategic goals.

Marat has worked in electronic commerce for over 5 years, and during that time has successfully managed more than 10 projects. He has an extensive knowledge and competency in project management and the development of computer software.

Before starting work at PayOnline System, Marat worked as the Director of Internet portal TransAgency.Ru, managed the IT department at CareerLab, was the Director of the ITONLINE GROUP processing center, and in a short amount of time moved on to our latest successful project, PayOnline System.

Alexander Sitakov is in charge of the efficient work of the financial department. He has a wealth of experience working with European and American partner companies.

In 2005 he graduated from the Russian Federation Government Economics Academy specializing in the Financial Director School.

In 2005 he was a student on the International Financial Reporting Standards course at the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In 2009 he studied an Executive MBA program at the Academy of Russian Economics, graduating with an MBA.

Before joining the company he was the Financial Director at Dalniko.

Responsible for developing the business of PayOnline System in Europe and North America and the first port of call for all English speaking partners.

Neil joined PayOnline System from Badoo.com, a social network with more than 30 million users, where he was the UK Managing Director. Within this role, he gained enormous exposure to internet payment systems, ecommerce and partner management.

Neil is an Economics graduate from UEA, England and speaks both English and Russian.

Maxim Gulevich is the head of the processing center’s programming team and all related systems.

In his 9 years in Information Technology he has successfully overseen more than 100 projects. He has qualifications in project management, software development, design, usability, and team management.

Maxim speaks fluent English, has two degrees (one in Economics; the other in Information Technology).

Before he joined PayOnline System he worked as the Director of User Experience at Warecorp (USA), and managed the IT department at EPAM Systems (Belarus).

Among the clients he has worked with are: S7 Airlines, SAP, Datalex, Renaissance Capital, Lufthansa, London Stock Exchange, Reuters, Aeromexico, Carefirst, TNK-BP, Rapt, First Index, The Coca Cola Company, and others.

Alexei is in charge of the work of the processing center, and more specifically manages risk control in bank card transactions.

He is also responsible for monitoring all transactions, the improvement of security systems for work with clients, the development of risk management procedures, the implementation of new technical solutions to prevent against fraud in accordance with the rules and recommendations of payment systems.

Alexei is also responsible for working together with key partner companies, payment systems, and bank acquirers specializing in risk management.

Before joining PayOnline System Alexei worked in several banks and processing companies, undertook training in the Visa International payment system. As a result he has an impressive experience which makes him more than capable of efficient risk management of Internet acquiring.

Olga Korneeva is in charge of PayOnline System’s marketing and partner programs.

With more than 6 years experience in Marketing and the Information Technology market Olga is experienced in solving complicated business tasks and implementing optimal work methods.

Olga has a degree in Management and Marketing. She is now studying for her second degree in Internet Project Management.

Konstantin has great experience in programming protection, high load, and sub-allocated systems.

He works on system development, algorithm development, technology selection, conditioning standards (PCI DSS, OWASP), co-ordination of group development work, managing releases, builds, versions, patches, etc.

Konstantin has professional qualifications in Microsoft corporation products and technology. He knows methods and methodology, approaches and standards, languages and platforms.

Konstantin was the Main Developer and Programmer Director in many business and state projects, such as the ‘Management of the portfolio project Electronic Russia’ for the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Russian Federation, the ‘System of Electronic Documents’ for the Russian Federation Government Office, and many others.

Yury is a system administrator, and a database, IBM, HP solutions, and Cisco and Huawei network solutions expert.

He is responsible for looking after the authorization center’s technical platforms at PayOnline System.

Alexei is a professional generator of visual information and has 5 years work experience in graphic design, usability, and information architecture.

Alexei is responsible for human computer interaction on all system levels.

Before joining PayOnline System he worked as the main information architect at EPAM Systems.

Elena is in charge of developing the company’s legal policies, and managing all legal support.

She has a degree in Law and has worked as a legal consultant since 2000.

Elena is responsible for defending the company’s interests, and the interests of our partners and clients.

Janna is a highly qualified professional with a wide experience in Internet recruiting, specializing in the selection of personnel in all different spheres.

She has a degree in Technology, and has attended corporate training courses on ‘Internet Recruitment’, ‘HR-consultancy’, the ‘Methods of Assessment of Personnel’, and many others.

Her experience in personnel assessment goes back to 2002. She has overseen projects in the assessment and attestation of personnel

Janna is responsible for selecting personnel, and the adaptation and motivation of employees working on the project.
