PayOnline System LLC is registered in Russia, with the Head Office based in Moscow. PayOnline System LLC is part of the ITONLINE GROUP.
How do you charge for processing payments with bank cards?
Services fees are agreed contractually with our company, and calculated automatically during the processing of each transaction.
How often do you make payments to your customers?
Funds will be transferred to your account according to the payment terms agreed in your contract. Standard contract terms provide for a payment every two weeks or daily, depending on the acquiring bank.
What commission does PayOnline System charge for processing bank card payments?
Commission is fixed on a case by case basis, and depends on many factors, the most important of which are:
  • the specifics and type of business (the type of goods and services you sell or undertake;
  • the turnover of your online business;
  • the terms of the banking partner, who will perform the processing operations.
Can customers of my online store, located outside of Russia, make payments by bank card with your company?
Yes. By connecting to PayOnline System, you will be able to accept payments from customers from any country in the world. For foreign clients PayOnline System’s payment forms are also available in English.
What do I need in order to use your processing services?
To connect to our PayOnline System you need to have a registered company (although we can also work with individual businesses), as well as an online store that conforms to the standards of international payment systems and banking partners.

Can you work with companies registered outside of the Russian Federation?
PayOnline System works with individual businesses, registered in the Russian Federation, and with individual businesses located outside the Russian Federation (non residents) in the CIS, and all over the world.
What currencies can I accept for transactions in my online store?
All payments for transactions in Russia are made in Rubles, in accordance with the rules of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, irrespective of the currency your customers are using. However, if are a client of PayOnline System and a non-resident company, you can receive money in any currency that’s best for you.
Are there any price restrictions on the minimum and maximum sum for transactions for clients in my online store?
No. There are no restrictions, and you can set any price for the goods and services in your online store.
